Mentoring Program

Acme places a high value on the professional growth and development of all our employees through the 70/20/10 development model, which is cross-functional and cross-geography.

As a mentor, you can expect to:

  • Enhance your own leadership skills by learning and practicing a coaching style of leadership to support the growth and development of others.
  • Expand your network.
  • Achieve the personal satisfaction of supporting your fellow employees’ development and success.

As a mentee, you can expect to:

  • Set your goals for the mentoring experience.
  • Develop skills in the area of your choice.
  • Build key relationships.
  • Learn about other facets of the organization.

The Mentoring Program is structured based on key milestones over six months. Participants will be invited to provide feedback and suggestions to enhance and expand the program.

Tuition Reimbursement

The Tuition Reimbursement program helps you pay for an undergraduate or graduate degree program that's relevant to your present job or helps qualify you for future opportunities within Acme. All full-time and part-time employees in good standing are eligible to participate in the program.

Scholarship Program

At Acme, we value academic excellence. That’s why we offer a scholarship program to the children of our employees. The program provides financial assistance for undergraduate study at accredited colleges or universities in the US. The program applies to all regular, full-time Acme employees who have worked for the company for at least six months.
