Understanding Your Pay
Base salary is the fixed portion of your pay and the foundation of our total rewards program. Your base salary is determined by your pay grade and corresponding salary range for your position and is based on your skills, experience, overall performance, and contribution. Additional take-home pay, such as overtime, shift differentials, or holiday pay, may significantly increase your total compensation.

It’s important to plan for your family’s financial security in case the unexpected happens. That’s why Acme provides you with basic life insurance, basic accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage — at no cost to you. If you want additional coverage, you may also purchase supplemental life and AD&D coverage for yourself and your family.

Survivor benefits
Your survivor benefits include all the benefits your designated beneficiary(ies) could receive if you die as an Acme employee.
